CONDITIONS OF USE.

All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale, which are available on request. All prices are correct at time of publishing. Total Shop Solutions reserves the right to amend pricing and all pricing shall be confirmed at the time of order. E&OE.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide current photographs, descriptions and specifications Total Shop Solutions and all featured manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, illustrations, model numbers and appearance of any item without prior notification and therefore will not be held responsible for any variations.

RETURNS

  • Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Total Shop Solutions does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.
  • Goods supplied to you by special order that is not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
  • Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Total Shop Solutions. Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.
  • Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation number from Total Shop Solutions. This can be obtained by contacting our customer service team on 01604 603005.
  • Customers are responsible for returning goods; ensuring returned goods are suitable packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.
  • Mannequins are sold on a strictly no return basis. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence supporting this claim. Any damaged parts will be replaced free of charge subject to the Wholesalers approval.
  • Refunds will be processed upon agreed receipt of goods and will not include postage, packing and delivery costs.

CANCELLATION

  • Please phone 01604 603005 to cancel any order placed, orders can’t be cancelled after despatch.

BESPOKE JOINERY

  • Your confirmation and acceptance of our plans and costs are confirmed on receipt of payment prior to commencement. Any amendments after payment may result in additional charges. We reserve the right on all bespoke joinery to charge up to 15% of the overall cost on termination by the customer, to cover the cost of surveying and plan making. All refunds will be made within 28 Days of termination. This must be submitted in writing .

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock out industrial action, fire or other event beyond the reasonable control or either party.

LAW

All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of England & Wales.
